Maintain proficient experience with PO/HRIS systems. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert of People Operations administrative responsibilities, policies, processes, employment laws/compliance and employee benefit administration. Responsible for autonomous execution of culture and engagement programs and events. Maintain accuracy of data for People Operations team, including benefit audits. Responsible for outside requests for employment verification. Support full cycle employee lifecycle management including onboarding/orientation, talent development, performance management, and offboarding. Act as Senior Office Manager handling maintenance of facilities, IT equipment, inventory, and procurement.
Manage office related vendors and handle ordering, inventory and maintenance of furniture, IT equipment, office supplies and kitchen supplies. Help foster a dynamic, positive culture by organizing social events and programs and making improvements to the office space. Provide HR support by assisting with new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle management. Assist leadership team with meeting preparations, travel arrangements and other miscellaneous tasks. Act as the IT point of contact for the Phoenix office– including new hire tech set-up and basic office IT troubleshooting.
Managing and executing onboarding and refresher training for frontline representatives in the broker support department. Ensuring a robust onboarding experience and a smooth transition for new hires from training to production. Working closely with department leads to identify training gaps and deliver refresher training to address those gaps. Developing training library for teams to reference and ensure materials are updated to align with company changes.

Empower members to navigate the complexity of the healthcare system by delivering solutions, optimizing resources, and resolving issues in collaboration with teams across the company. Communicate with geo-specific members via inbound/outbound phone or secure messaging to assist in the coordination of care across a variety of settings (outpatient, ER, home care); while maintaining confidentiality and strict operational/logistical compliance to applicable healthcare privacy regulations. Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, maintain member satisfaction, and triage inquiries related to topics including claims, billing, and government administered healthcare marketplace insurance exchange issues.
Support the HR and recruitment team with the day to day administrative recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, corresponding with candidates, and facilitating new hire correspondence and new hire paperwork. Developed workflows and processes to prepare all new hires to onboard with consideration of applicable MMJ licensing requirements and HRIS updates. Responsible for candidate experience from beginning to end, including delivery of new hire orientation.
