I am with Fossil since 11 years and am currently responsible as District Manager for the stores in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. As a passionate leader, I motivate and inspire my teams to achieve outstanding results, higher Sales and a fabolous Teamspirit together. I lead and motivate over 160 employees (incl Area Store Leader, Dual Site Manager, Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager) across 19 stores, driving revenue growth and improving KPIs through targeted actions and strategic planning. I focus on coaching and developing teams, especially leadership talent. With a high level of travel readiness, I manage multiple locations across 4 countries. My responsibilities include overseeing store closures and their organizational execution, as well as managing budgets and goals with a focus on strategic and analytical thinking. I also participate in business calls and meetings in English enhancing my communication skills beyond the German-speaking region. Additionally I conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends and business opportunities.
Responsible for 6 Stores and over 50 employees (incl Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager). Organized manager meetings and introduced new standards. Conducted weekly district calls with analysis, goal setting, and action plans to drive revenue growth.
