My Journey I began my career with a BSc in Business Systems & IT, working in startups and established telecom companies before discovering my passion for education and professional development. Driven by adventure, I embarked on a cycling journey from the UK to Turkey, spending three years teaching there before moving to Mexico for a year. In 2010, I relocated to Saudi Arabia, initially teaching English, before expanding my expertise into leadership development, instructional design, and coaching.
