Als Gesamtprojektleiter (Projekt Direktor) war ich für die Gesamtabwicklung des Projektes Warmbandwerk 4 mit den Teilaggregaten Hubbalkenöfen und Nebenaggregate verantwortlich. Hier war die Herausforderung in einem engen Zeit und Baufenster eine existieren Anlage während des Betriebes in ein neues Aggregat umzubauen, wobei der Bereich Fertigstrasse erhalten werden musste. Die GEsamtführung, sowie Koordinierung der Unterlieferanten gehörte in meinen Verantwortungsbereich
