NRA is owned by the three Auckland District Health Boards – Auckland, Waitemata and Counties Manukau to provide effective workforce operations. This ranges from recruitment, candidate care, allocation, rostering, employment relations, balancing training/service requirements and supporting stakeholders within a portfolio of specialties/services. I’ve managed the Locum bureau, the national graduate program (ACE) of Resident medical officers (RMOs) and Nurses for over 20 District health boards and some private providers in NZ. Now currently responsible for the portfolios of Surgical, Emergency medicine, Pathology and Ophthalmology.
