1st year Psychology undergraduate at Heriot-Watt, with a strong interest in social sciences and management. Through my coursework, I have developed team-working skills, how to interpret statistical results off of a software and evaluate psychological studies. My communication skills and teamwork skills have been strengthened through academic group projects and presenting findings to peers. Alongside my studies, I'm a Barista at Newhailes Stable's Cafe, where I have built experience using my leadership, understanding and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
I work as a waitress and a barista at Newhailes Cafe alongside my studies at Heriot Watt. During my shifts, I make complimentary beverages, serve customers their food and carry out great customer service.
Working as a team member at Musselburgh Racecourse also supports me for my studies at Heriot Watt. At the Racecourse, I scan the tickets of visitors and give them helpful guidance. If I'm not scanning tickets, I usually take hospitality guests to their location.
