About

I'm an internal and change communications professional who can lead communications that support both BAU and business change programmes to deliver. I develop creative solutions that align with business culture, strategy and goals whilst keeping colleagues' communication needs as the top priority. I establish strong relationships across an organisation to really understand business strategy and team aims to identify communication opportunities and challenges. I plan and lead communications that make sense of complex concepts. I can develop internal communications strategies and corresponding activity plans that use channels effectively. I'm not afraid to get hands on in delivering activities in writing content and announcements, arranging roadshows or video production, including scripting, filming and editing. Key areas: IT, systems and process change projects, cyber security, risk and incident response.
