- Collaborating with 5 team members to design and implement Te Hononga a Iwi’s centralised volunteer and specific groups data system using Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, and Power Automate. - Building automated workflows and a scalable data pipeline linking volunteer registration, attendance, and activity logs via unique identifiers (email, event ID), helping to reduce manual data entry and administrative workload.
- Collaborating with other leaders to organise club activities (Intro Night, CV workshop, Industry Night, etc.) - Ideating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive membership growth and enhance visibility of club and partners’ events. - Drove a 261% increase in Intro Night sign-ups (+34 participants) by analysing data, identifying errors, and optimising the registration process with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Teach calculus and statistics to 6 students in primary and high school. - Design individual tutoring study plans based on students’ needs. - Taught 3 students to achieve 1st place in an intermediate school math class and supported 3 others in progressing from beginner to advanced levels.
- Developed the frontend of a brand-new interactive and responsive website for Auckland University Canoe Club with React and Tailwind CSS. - Collaborated with 7 team members to create and structure multiple user input fields in Payload CMS with Typescript.
