Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand
Work experience Over the past three years, I have gained valuable experience in two key roles: Guest Host at Auckland Airport and Law Clerk at Legal Solutions. These positions have allowed me to develop strong customer service and communication skills while working effectively within a team. They have also reinforced my sense of responsibility and accountability in a professional environment. Furthermore, both roles have complemented my academic studies by providing practical insights into law, business, and professional communication, allowing me to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. Career Goals and aspirations In terms of my career aspiration and goals, I have various goals that I hope to achieve once I have finished my conjoint law and business degree at the University of Auckland. Once I have graduated in 2026, I hope to become a practising corporate lawyer in New Zealand. My later aspiration for the next 20 years is to work in a client focused and innovate law firm in New Zealand. I think this would be a very challenging and rewarding experience long term. It would also incorporate my passions of law and innovation and entrepreneurship. Hobbies Outside of my University life, I have various hobbies, including travelling, baking, hiking and following Formula one.
I worked as a swim instructor as a part-time job while attending high school and University. I had many opportunities while I worked as a swim teacher, including training new swim instructors, first aid courses, team training, and courses relating to working with people that have disabilities. I thoroughly enjoyed working as a swim instructor as it provided me with the environment to improve my communication skills and work within a team.
