As the Talent Acquisition Lead in the UK and USA at Resulting IT, I’m responsible for leading our end-to-end hiring strategy and building the talent foundations that support our continued growth. My role covers everything from managing recruitment across our Consulting, Delivery, Back Office, and Academy teams to improving how we attract, engage, and retain top talent. I work closely with our SLT, especially as we expand into the US market, to align hiring with business priorities and ensure we’re bringing in the right people at the right time. I also partner with external recruiters, universities, and other talent sources, while constantly refining our direct sourcing strategies. Internally, I’m focused on developing our recruitment capabilities, mentoring junior team members, and creating a more efficient hiring process.
As Talent Acquisition Lead at Resulting IT, I’m responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while also supporting the wider people strategy across the business.
