- Led the end-to-end product design of Cloudways Copilot, transforming early AI concepts into a functional SRE solution through continuous ideation, prototyping, and validation. - Spearheaded the Cloudways Flexible experience by launching new server series for DigitalOcean, Vultr, and Linode, enhancing user flexibility and contributing to platform revenue growth. - Worked on add-on visibility and upsell design strategies, increasing discoverability and adoption through contextual UI placements and optimized workflows. - Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including frontend, backend (API), and DevOps (Ansible) to ensure design feasibility, performance optimization, and smooth execution.
