I define strategic roadmaps for Generative AI integration, ensuring that underlying data architectures are optimized for high-performance model inference. • Executive Technical Advisory & Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for technical stakeholders and executive leaders. I deliver high-stakes workshops and C-level presentations, translating cloud-native capabilities into measurable ROI, while managing complex stakeholder expectations through effective negotiation and storytelling. • Technical Sales Excellence (Pre-Sales): Scaled global consistency by re-engineering pre-sales frameworks. Azure SQL Database Support Team
• All the responsibilities, experience and skills from my previous job (Denizbank) are continued in TURKCELL. • Create central management for SQL Databases and free monitoring system (Telegraf and Grafana). • Create backup and restore strategies with new perspective. • Move entire datacenter from one location to another (Kartal Gebze) with only a few minutes downtime for each business database. • Take care of all vulnerabilities on Database Servers. • Recommend proper technology, architecture and strategies to migration and developer teams. • Become the first one used SQL Server on Linux in TURKCELL for business database. • Azure Arc for Data Services. This technology provides the ability to use Azure SQL MI or Azure PostgreSQL as a Platform as a Service, by keeping all the data inside without taking out to the cloud. You can ship applications from Azure to any Kubernetes distributions in any location.
I have been working in the financial sector since 2011 with experience in mission-critical, massively multi-user (10 thousands of concurrent users), highly-available banking systems. I worked in design, trouble-shooting, performance optimization and enterprise-class load testing of core financial systems with hundreds of developers. • Responsible for Administration of more than 250 Production Database Servers with more than 300 TB data. • Experience in Installation, Configuration, Upgrading and Maintenance of SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 R2, 2012, 2014, 2017 • Administration of the database including performance monitoring and tuning. • Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server and Windows Failover Cluster which a DBA should know. • Experience with partitioned schemes, partitioned tables and indexes, creating Filegroups using SQL Server 2005 - 2017 • Experience on AlwaysOn Availability Groups. • Experience with In-Memory Optimization, QueryStore. • Experience with implementing DR solution, High Availability of database servers using Database mirroring and replications and Log Shipping. • Created maintenance plans to perform index de-fragmentation, re-indexing and update the index statistics.
