Managed content and content creation activities related to the FirstNet Marketing Portal CMS migration from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager. Published, created, and edited daily content updates, newsletters, and advertising campaigns utilizing AEM, Crafter, and Drupal. Produced and published B2B content updates across multiple sites utilizing Teamsite, AEM, and crafted pages for high-profile Samsung and Apple product launches, delivering ahead of SLAs. Won approval for and helped establish a pre-stage QA environment to minimize time to market for updates and design changes. I helped decrease SLAs by 75% for FirstNet portal updates by working with the CMS development team to streamline workflows. I implemented and maintained a 90% + level of CATO compliance across all sites. I developed and maintained a SharePoint work tracking system that revolutionized the team’s ability to self-report on weekly and monthly content management metrics. I also excelled as a liaison between marketing and development teams, implementing offers, promotions, and A/B testing initiatives. I crafted and edited technical documentation for internal and external partner team reference. I even trained incoming personnel on tools and processes.
