I help leaders and organizations navigate transformation under pressure. Over 23+ years, I've worked the full arc of delivery from writing code and architecting systems to leading programs, products, and enterprise-wide transformations. That delivery foundation is why my transformation work produces outcomes, not blueprints: I've operated in 12 countries across 11 sectors, including telecom, banking, fintech, digital government, logistics, and oil & gas, with clients such as stc, Vodafone, Orange, Arab Bank, Dell Technologies, and Fawry. As Head of Agile Practice and AI Unit at VIDSCOLA, I led the delivery of transformation, capability building, and AI readiness for enterprise clients across the region. I train and coach at scale: 100+ programs delivered to 2,000+ professionals (NPS 85), as an authorized instructor for Scrum Alliance, ICAgile, Kanban University, DASA, and SAFe, and the first Arabic speaker recognized by Scrum Alliance as a CSD Educator. My executive coaching combines ICF-accredited practice, John Mattone's Intelligent Leadership, and Hogan psychometric assessment to help leaders build effective teams and drive lasting change.
