As the Group Quality & Food Safety Head is responsible for defining, coordinating, and continuously improving Solina’s global quality and food safety framework across finished goods, manufacturing sites, and raw materials. The role ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements while driving a strong quality culture and operational excellence across the organization. It plays a key role in aligning regional teams, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling proactive management of customer requirements through robust processes and digital solutions.
As the group quality manager I`m responsible for: - Establish and enforce Quality & Food safety standards - Design coordinate, support and perform QFS education - Provide guidance to lead adhering to QFS, regulatory and legal requirements - Provide support and advice to troubleshoot QFS issues - Support the capex process at Group level on QFS aspects - Participate to the Group Ops key programs on continuous improvement related to QFS - Lead or support the digital transformation on QFS related to Quality in Operations - Organize the horizon scanning of new regulatory requirement & industry best practices
Providing leadership in quality & food safety by ensuring full implementation of the quality strategy in 12 factories in Europe and North of Africa.
Responsibilities: - Managing of suppliers & contract-manufacturers in line with quality requirements, performance management + conducting quality & food safety audits. - Compliance monitoring of the companies quality & food safety system. - Coordination of the food regulatory team. - Follow-up of Nordic products on quality aspects including complying to legal requirements and reporting of quality performance.
Responsibilities: - Suppliers, Contract-manufacturers & Licensees are managed appropriately in line with Quality Requirements, Performance Management + Quality Audits are conducted adequately to manage the associated risks appropriately. - The Quality system is efficient and managed properly in line with our the companies Standards & External Quality Standards. - Food regulatory is managed well by the regulatory team, which implicates staying up to date of all European and local legal food related aspects, validate finished product specifications including labels / printed packaging & communication. - Line extension of an existing range / cost saving or quality improvement on existing products at existing co-manufacturers to satisfy business units expectations.
Responsible for: - Planning, defining and assising quality of sub-contractors, raw material and packaging suppliers. - Training, licensing and devoloping of quality auditors. - Establishing and maintaining quality standards of suppliers. - Setting up product-specification templates. - Monitoring performance of suppliers.
As a Lead Quality Engineer I have two responsibilities. Sanitation manager: - defining, validating and coordinating cleaning programs for equipment and facility - training and coaching of shop floor people Audit coordinator: - preparing and coordinating external (customer & compliance) audits - coordinating and solving the issues coming out of the audits
