With over 15 years experience in helping Human Recognition Systems grow into a world renowned identity and biometric product provider, Simon is now responsible for shaping and implementing the Digital Transformation for MSite helping ensure a great customer experience, provide improved insights and help enable scale. Prior to this Simon was Managing Director for the Aviation part of the business and a veteran of identity and biometric technology deployments at Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton and Royal Caribbean including internationally and has first hand experience of large scale transformation projects. Simon joined Human Recognition Systems as Operations Director and was a key team member from early inception to establishing the business as a leading provider of innovative and world-first identity solutions across a range of industries including Aviation, Construction, Government and Humanitarian. Simon joined Human Recognition Systems in 2004 from Accenture, where he developed extensive project management, business process engineering and delivery experience over a number of large and challenging IT transformation projects for various UK and European companies.”
