* Global implementation Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as change management project at three manufacturing sites in China and Chile. * Member of core implementation team and local project lead for factory in Chile Results: Successful go-live of all three sites between November 2016 and August 2017 within timeframe. Alignment of business processes across all sites as part of change management.
* Production planning and controlling * Continued implementation of global ERP system * Responsibility for a team of four persons Results: Process implementation for production planning along start of serial production in May 2015.
* Green-field project for container manufacturing site * Establishment of BPM, IT and Marketing dept. * Implementation and integration of global ERP system * Temporary responsible for Investment Controlling Results: Alongside initial establishment of the Chilean subsidiary, definition of business processes and subsequent ERP implementation. Prior to moving to Chile I was part of strategic planning of this new reefer container factory in Chile. First on site I was involved in the establishment of the organisation: Implementing business processes here under leading implementation of the ERP solution. With additional responsibility for marketing and of branding the business in its early days.
