I advise boards, family principals, and senior decision-makers on CEO, chair, and critical succession decisions where leadership choices carry material reputational, generational, or national risk. For nearly three decades, I have been closely associated with Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, working at the intersection of leadership judgment, transformation, and continuity. My work focuses on situations where performance alone is insufficient—where legitimacy, optics, and long-term stewardship determine success or failure. Prior to founding my firm, I spent 19 years with Korn Ferry International, where I held senior leadership roles including Managing Director for the MENA region, member of the EMEA Management Team, Managing Director for France, and Managing Vice President of the European E-Business Practice. This background continues to inform a global perspective applied selectively to regional realities. I work primarily with boards and principals of family groups, sovereign-linked entities, financial institutions, and national champions, advising on CEO and board appointments, leadership transition, and succession risk. Engagements are typically long-term and advisory in nature, rather than transactional search assignments. My academic background includes undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications, including doctoral studies, and executive education through institutions such as Harvard, Columbia, LSE, Lancaster, and Aberystwyth. Alongside my professional work, I have been involved in corporate and social responsibility initiatives across the region, including serving as Vice President of Save the Children, supporting its work in the Middle East.
