Yazılım ve Sistem Liderliği: Çok sayıda In-House yazılım projesini (Predictive ve Agile metodolojileriyle) başarıyla yönettim. IT departmanlarını sıfırdan kurarak; MES, WMS, CRM ve BI (İş Zekası) sistemlerinin entegrasyon süreçlerini yürüttüm. Altyapı Modernizasyonu: Geleneksel mimariden Hiper Tümleşik Mimariye (HCI) geçiş analizlerini, OT/IT network revizyonlarını, DR (Disaster Recovery) ve BC (İş Sürekliliği) planlamalarını hayata geçirdim. 🛡️ Siber Güvenlik, Risk ve Yönetişim Sertifikalı Denetim: ISO 27001 Baş Denetçisi olarak COSO ERM yaklaşımıyla bilgi güvenliği süreçlerini uçtan uca yönetiyorum. Savunma Hattı: Endpoint, EDR, DLP, Encryption, WAF ve Firewall geçişlerini yöneterek; SIEM, SOAR, NAC ve PAM sistemlerinin planlama süreçlerini yürüttüm. 📊 Veri Bilimi ve Yapay Zeka Uzmanlığı Akademik Derinlik: Doktora çalışmamda Metin Madenciliği, Makine Öğrenmesi (ML), Doğal Dil İşleme (NLP) ve Duygu Analizi enstrümanlarını kullanarak yapay zeka odaklı stratejiler geliştirdim.
