Mete RAMAZAN received his B.Sc. (honors), M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ABET-accredited institution since 2005) from Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), North Cyprus, in 2016, 2018, and 2024, respectively. During his undergraduate studies, he interned at KKTCELL (a subsidiary of TURKCELL Telecom Company in North Cyprus) as a Client Support and Management Engineer, earning the “Intern Bearing the Best Idea” award for his contributions to technical project development. From 2016 to 2017, he continued at KKTCELL as a Cell Planning and Optimization Engineer. Between 2017 and 2023, he served as a Research Assistant and Laboratory Assistant at EMU. From 2021 to 2022, he was a visiting researcher at Leipzig University of Applied Sciences (HTWK) in Germany. Subsequently, he joined Nokia Telecom Company in Finland (2023–2024) as a 5G Roll-out Engineer. Asst. Prof. Dr. Ramazan is currently a full-time lecturer at Final International University, North Cyprus. His research interests include optical wireless communication, visible light communication, OFDM-based systems, and next-generation mobile communication technologies. Beyond his academic career, he is also a professional guitarist in Cyprus.

Serving as an Editorial Board Member for the scientific publications of the Chamber of Electrical Engineers (EMO), under the Union of Chambers of Cyprus Turkish Engineers and Architects (KTMMOB). Contributing to the editorial and publication processes of journals focused on the latest technological advancements in electrical and electronics engineering within Northern Cyprus. Responsibilities include reviewing submissions, ensuring publication quality, and promoting research dissemination within the academic and professional communities.
