I started working in PAS South East Europe as a quality engineer on 10.10.2022. PAS is a global home appliances corporation which has multiple plants on different regions of the world and it's headquarter is located in Germany. We produce wire harnesses and visual panels for home appliances. Since then my main responsibilities are: communication with both local and customers abroad; dealing with customer and supplier complaints, preparing 8D reports with teammates using different problem solving techniques (fishbone diagrams, 5 why... etc.) to eliminate potential problems which occurs in production, participating FMEA studies in order to determine the potential risks of any kind of process, using SAP program actively to check material information and analyze the defect rate of suppliers' products. We conduct process audits to suppliers and try to improve their process' in order to achieve higher success rate and effectiveness. On the other hand i also have a great role of implementing QM module which is essential to record incoming inspection results of incoming materials to our company. I lead my process controlling team and inspect the quality of products which we depart to customers after production and the semi-products we receive from suppliers.
I completed my internship in B/S/H company on FCLI1 department. During this internship, i had multiple chances of observing manufacturing system, understanding molding pattern of refrigerators, working with teams for solving manufacturing problems.
