This role with conditions and region being in a conflict zone was pretty worthy for an emergency physician who loves to work in remote area. Medical operations applied: Set up a new clinic, menagement of inventory, medevac, routine medical consultations, prescription, follow up chronic diseases. Achievements and contributions to me: Difficulties for working in a war or conflict zone. Being the only doctor responsible for both children and adult patients. KFOR in KOSOVO I worked as an ER doctor in Role 2 B hospital that is being run by Iqarus in NATO KFOR Camp in Kosovo. It is a military hospital and responsible for all NATO soldiers to take care of their emergency health problems including receiving medevacs from NATO Role 1 medicine centres from all around of Kosovo. Medical operations applied: Critical ill patients, many trauma patients, minor surgical interventions, routine medical consultations, prescriptions, follow up chronic diseases and many Medevacs. I think I've gained a lot of experience from this company to be ready for remote medicine career. Medical operations applied: CPR, entubation, critical ill patients, many trauma patients, minor surgical interventions, routine Covid procedures and tests, hygene inspections, water tests, medical records for crew, routine medical consultations, prescription, follow up chronic diseases and many Medevacs. Achievements and contributions to me: Gaining experience for cruise ships and related tourism industry, being alone as a health provider onboard and difficulties regarding this situation. Taking care of mostly elderly people travelling.

I had the opportunity to be a ship doctor again on the Kanuni Drilling Ship, one of TPAO's new ships in the OFFSHORE (Offshore Natural Gas Production) industry. Returning to sea as a ship doctor was my dream since Navy years. After completing my one year on this ship as an Offshore Doctor, I decided to return to work in the hospital for a while, so as not to lose my emergency medicine skills, which can only be maintained in the emergency room of a large hospital.
