-Work in close collaboration with Sales on customer master data and requirements. -End of Month sales report ensuring all invoices were made for that month and on time and Tracks and resolves payments, escalates payment issues to sales team. -Operation process improvement (Setting up structural process, identifying main problems and finding solutions. -Weekly meeting with warehouse on operational improvements and Overall management and review of the order book. -Monitoring all sorts of Claims from customer and investigate the validity of the claims including Margin and credit check. -Interacting with Sales teams regarding scheduling delivery windows to fit the customer expectations. -I manage internal teams to ensure all work is delivered within the allocated hours. Furthermore, I ensure that my manager is aware in advance if any issue is foreseen in the process of doing my job. Coaching, training and supporting Sales Admin. team, Manage the tasks within the team; Direct contact towards a selected group of clients within the Benelux area. -I collaborate and support teams to ensure all deliverables are completed to the highest standard. Develop project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met.
Client service -As the main point of contact, I build and nurture strong client relationships. I have an ongoing understanding of the clients’ business and business strategies. This helps in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the work created is achieving the desired customer satisfaction. -I ensure there is clear communication with the customers , which is achieved through regular status updates meetings and email exchanges.
