I lead the end-to-end management and digitalization of HR processes, focusing on operational efficiency and scaling the organizational structure: -Strategic Talent Acquisition (Tech & Business): Managing full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles. On the Tech side, specializing in high-impact positions such as Sr. Fullstack Developer, Product Lead, QA Engineer (Node.js/React.js stack), etc. On the Business side, overseeing critical hires including CEO Office, CS Lead, Financial Affairs, Product Design, etc. -Digital Transformation: Digitalized all HR procedures and corporate memory by migrating documentation and personnel workflows to Confluence. Established structured ATS boards to enhance transparency and streamline candidate tracking. -R&D & Operational Support: Providing strategic support for R&D center dynamics, contributing to the organizational management and reporting processes of technical teams. -Operational Process Management: Executing end-to-end operational workflows—including employment contracts, social security (SGK) entries, monthly payroll & timekeeping support, benefits management, and statutory reporting (İşkur Workforce Charts, etc.)—in a systematic and compliant manner. -Employee Experience & Onboarding: Designing and managing a digital-first onboarding experience, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to full integration into the company culture.
