Conducted a Lean Manufacturing project at a dairy production facility as part of the Lean Production Techniques and Applications course. Analyzed butter production processes using Lean tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), SMED, OEE, Standard Work and Kaizen to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
Conducted time and method studies to analyze work processes and identify inefficiencies. Proposed practical solutions to improve workflow, productivity, and overall operational performance. Collaborated with team members on observations, data collection, and reporting to support continuous process improvement.
