I am leading Human Resources projects in the field of Information Technologies at Turkish Technology. Within this scope, I focus on recruitment projects, HR digitalization processes, and process improvement initiatives. My efforts are dedicated to implementing digital projects for both employee and candidate experiences. I take charge of digitizing and enhancing preboarding and onboarding processes, driving process improvements. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to take on responsibilities in various areas of human resources. Of these, the most significant has been managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ranging from executive to entry-level positions.
