Worked as Long Term Assignee, based in Amsterdam, ING Headquarters. In my role, my main responsibility was to support Global HR BPs and Senior HR Director in the execution of the global Challengers & Growth people priorities within the HR functions. (Global SPOC for various topics like Compensation Round as part of the Global Performance & Reward process, Global Talent Management, Organisational Health Index).
HR Business Partner of Risk, Finance and Wholesale Banking. • Acting as the first point of HR contact for the business unit, providing coaching, guidance and support. • Following up on business’ headcount, conducts workforce planning discussions with the business managers. • Ensuring the implementation of global and/or local HR initiatives and practices within business units. • Using HR Analytics to forecast any HR related issues and needs. • Following up with the Recruitment Team on attracting of the required number of staff in a timely and qualitative manner. • Supporting Recruitment Team on Employer Branding initiatives if needed. • Working with HR Academy and HR Service Delivery teams for an effective orientation and onboarding. • Working on 9 box distributions and succession planning for critical roles. • Helping business leaders build their teams’ capabilities collaborating with HR Academy. • Coaching colleagues and managers on career and development. • Conducting exit interviews in a timely manner, leading termination management and reporting the outputs to impact business results, performance and efficiency. • Global Diversity & Inclusion SPOC. • Acting active role as HR expertise at the global Agile Transformation project.
HR Business Partner of Sales, Purchasing, IT department •Acting as a single point of contact for the related departments on core human resources processes, •Proactively supporting the executionof all HR processes at the business unit, •Identifying the recruitment needs with line managers and conducting the hiring process, •Working closely with Academy & Talent Management Department for planning, developing and monitoring effective performance management and career development systems of employees in respective departments, •Implementing new HR tools, systems and processes, •Partnering with legal department as needed/required, •Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees to ensure regulatory compliance, •Responsible Talent Management function, •Responsible for Onboarding process, •Having the responsibility of the routine HR Processes, such as, salary review, yearly bonus systems, •Taking part of HR Projects actively.
