I am a Learning & Development professional with 10+ years of experience designing learning experiences, coordinating development programs, and supporting diverse learners across Europe. My career began in higher education, where I created curricula, delivered training, mentored students, and enhanced learning programs for large and diverse groups. This foundation naturally evolved into managing executive education programs at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), where I supported senior professionals in their growth and ensured high-quality learning experiences across on-campus, online, and blended environments. What motivates me most is helping people grow. I enjoy the full L&D cycle — understanding learner needs, creating engaging learning experiences, coordinating impactful programs, and supporting individuals in their professional development journeys.
