• Responsible for Product Development activities of serial production Transit • Lead 6 sigma project as a blackbelt • Organise 6 sigma training programs • Executes the Vehicle Body systems development studies for delivering program quality objectives as things gone wrong, warranty, customer satisfaction within the VFG study areas. • Being an active member of Plant Variability Reduction Team (VRT), focus on taking immediate action to contain internal & external customer issues. • Ensure customer satisfaction through quick follow up to problems/customer concerns, good root cause analysis and complete feedback. Define customer expectations and lead improvement actions by using core quality approaches. • Sustain Mass Production Quality through supplier, in-house production & quality system improvement activities. • Lead feasibility studies of engineering design changes by collaboration with suppliers and purchasing/manufacturing teams. • Integrate studies through Ford Quality systems and prepare weekly/monthly quality reports. Present status in related Quality meetings. • Lead test activities regarding design changes of serial production components according to engineering requirements. Coordinate field investigation processes. • Supports design and quality improvement studies needed for serial production units in liaison with Ford of Europe X-Carline Engineering Teams and Follow X-Carline VFG meetings to adopt changes & actions to Kocaeli plant. • Lead introduction of engineering changes in serial production by coordination with Manufacturing, Purchasing and MP&L departments. • Leading the Body Engineering OPD and TVM studies with cross-functional teams. • Develop workplans to meet GPDS deliverables on time. • Support Stopship Stopbuild processes

Reviewing the specifications and ensuring the project complies with ISO standards. Preparing material lists of the projects, guiding purchase department to procure these materials in compliance with customer’s requirements Preparing installation drawings of the equipment’s. Selecting equipment, performing project design and sizing piping process installation (compressed air, lubrication, waste oil, exhaust etc.) for automotive service stations. Doing negotiations, bargaining and contract management with the suppliers;Drawing 3D models of drawings. Following up on-going projects for assuring completing in due time. Inquiring imported products which are out of our product range for meeting customer’s requirements. Correcting errors (if required) after publishing drawings.
