Project: Provided due diligence to one of the largest pharmaceutical company in EMEA region. • Collaborated with team members and clients in developing financial models by analyzing financial reports to evaluate current valuation and future growth of the client for an acquisition deal over $100M. • Assessed operational efficiency in production lines, and supply chain of products to understand the potential optimizations in the work flows. • Communicated and presented the collected business insights to the executive board members to develop market strategy.
• Prepared reports and presentations for annual briefing to Corporate CEO; highlighting the financial performances of all products sold in each EMEA country. • Analyzed the sales, financial and demographics data of Coca Cola's beverage products and forecasted values for Q1 2017 that resulted in developing a financial strategy, which is estimated to increase the revenue by 7%. • Worked across finance and marketing departments in developing experiments that test how we can improve customer acquisition, customer retention, and product success across EMEA regions, which resulted in development of different packaging styles for Coca Cola.
