Invicti (Formerly Netsparker) delivers the most accurate and efficient DAST solution for DevOps / DevSecOps teams to discover and secure all the applications that run their organizations. - Managed the engineering group across Turkey and Malta, including managers, team leaders, tech leads, developers, test engineers, web security researchers, analysts, cloud systems engineers, and tech support specialists. - Built a global IT operations team to handle IT governance, IT security, AWS EC2 cloud hosting operations, tech support, ISO 27001 compliance requirements, infrastructure requirements of dev teams, and business continuity. - Implemented SIEM, SOC, identity management, MDM, request management, incident management, and patch management for ISO 27001 and KVKK requirements. - Built an “engineering service” team to re-route level-2 support escalations from dev teams to this dedicated team. - Orchestrated the agile transformation of dev teams.
