About

Veenbrink RVS is specialized in building stainless steel tanks and machines within the process industry. Mixing, separating or reacting: Veenbrink RVS makes it all possible! Our machines are often provided with necessary instrumentation for level, temperature, pressure or pH registration. We also provide electrotechnical control systems for the process equipment. Both preparation machines and buffer tanks can be delivered either single walled, insulated and/or provided with heating and cooling techniques. Based on the specific type of use the correct fittings and standards are used. We not only produce preparation machines and buffer tanks, but also smaller process equipment and custom made components. Moreover, we are able to modify existing process equipment to the highest quality level and minimal lead time. Veenbrink RVS has certified welding processes and is familiar with all laws regarding the PED. Delivery of our WPS, PQR, WPQ and weld log lists are all possible. We design in accordance with EN 13445 and ASME VIII. Our processes are under strict supervision of an independent NoBo. Moreover, the quality level is guaranteed due to the use of our own ITP’s. Part of our internal tests are non-destructive tests (visual, radiographic, dye penetrant, ferritic, hydrostatic). Pharmacy Within the pharmaceutical industry Veenbrink RVS supplies process equipment for the preparation and storage of aqueous, powdery and highly viscous media. The high process requirements for sterile preparation require great knowledge of critical design guidelines such as GMP and GAMP. In addition to the high degree of finishing, the validation documents and material traceability are essential. Chemistry Chemical processes are often accompanied with high pressures and temperatures. Reliability and safety always come first when designing and producing pressure equipment. Also material traceability and the management of material certificates are essential. Besides processing the most common stainless steel materials 304(L) and 316(L), a wide variety of exotic alloys are possible such as (Super) Duplex, Hastelloy, Incoloy and Nickel. Food and beverages A hygienic design plays an essential role in manufacturing equipment for the food industry. We are familiar with all EHEDG guidelines. Within the food industry Veenbrink RVS is specialized in making dairy processing equipment for the treatment of raw milk, butter, cheese, yogurt and other dairy related products.

Within Veenbrink RVS I am responsible for the smooth running of projects. That starts with clear understanding of the customer’s requirements and wishes. As soon as the project has been demarcated, a first design is devised. What follows is a custom made offer, accompanied with a financial and technical underpinning. The technical data is recorded in a Vendor Document. This Vendor Document is the basic for further design, production and validation processes. The Vendor Document also contains an overview of documents to be delivered during the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). Moreover, an ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) will be part of the preliminary Vendor Document. The Vendor Document and technical data is also the starting point for our engineers. After approval on the final design, I am responsible to ensure that all the required materials will be at our production facility: correct, just in time and provided with the required validation documents. During the production process, the Vendor Document is completed with the necessary documentation such as material certificates, results of non-destructive tests, approval of the NoBo (Notified Body) and weld log lists. The goal is always to serve the customer satisfactorily, within budget and in accordance with the project planning. In addition to managing projects, I am responsible for optimizing our processes and stimulating continuous improvement. Quality and efficiency improvement form the starting point of this continuous improvement, that is driven by the principles of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
