The Global Artificial Intelligence network (GAIn®) is an initiative of MIcompany that offers a worldwide open standard portfolio in AI skill building for individuals and businesses through a members' network. GAIn aims to build and certify all skills within organizations to radically change key processes and increase productivity using AI. The scalable and modular training portfolio consist of more than 60 courses and certifications, and is designed by industry experts with over 14 years of experience. GAIn has issued more than 3,600 certificates and is trusted by blue-chip companies, including eBay, Heineken, Nike, ABN AMRO, KPN, AEGON, Bol.com, Ageas, and Proximus.
As Lead Data Scientist, I designed pioneering Data & AI solutions across diverse industries, fostering growth in young analytical talent and leading data science teams to deliver our solutions successfully. I managed client programs with a heavy focus on build AI capabilities on the client side.
An eye-opener: sophisticated models alone don't guarantee success. Leading the implementation of a large-scale AI solution across multiple countries for a major multinational taught me that driving user adoption and trust is crucial for meaningful engagement and lasting impact. On paper, my function was Project Leader, but always favoured creating analytical solutions rather than slides.
