Accessories are a strategic category. They define a brand’s style, raise the average ticket, and when well managed sustain a critical share of profitability. I know exactly how to make this happen. For more than 25 years I have led product, design, and buying for brands such as Mango, Parfois, and currently Stradivarius (Inditex). My expertise lies in building categories with visual identity, commercial structure, and solid economic results. I have created departments from scratch, launched new product lines, and led multidisciplinary teams across design and buying always focused on assortment, margins, positioning, and consistently achieving budget targets. I structure collections blocks based on trend analysis, translate brand vision into tangible product, and manage the full process: from spotting opportunities, driving the buying process, to final in-store delivery and placement. I work with method. Every collection must have aesthetic intention, narrative coherence, and financial logic. In a retail landscape evolving toward more agile, digital, and connected models, this category gains even greater relevance: for its flexibility, speed, and conversion power. I continue to work with the same logic: clear vision, focus on profitability, and commitment to product that not only complements—but positions.
