Working 100% remotely from Turkey, for the EU Region I am responsible for presenting qualified candidates to our clients for open positions across various European countries and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. I play a key role in successfully closing both temporary and full-time roles across the European region, supporting multilingual hiring needs in languages such as Spanish, Italian, Greek, Turkish, and others. • Source and engage global talent through both local and international platforms. • Conduct candidate interviews using agile and adaptive assessment techniques. • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth candidate experience and successful client placement.
