Co-accountable of the global, regional and local implementation of our people strategy and people scorecard, leverage on the Company Purpose, Leadership Definition & Leadership Behaviors. Co-accountable of the end to end Talent, Learning and Rewards global processes in partnership with the Europe OU Talent & Capabilities and Total Rewards teams. Co-accountable of the continues evolution of our Culture, Diversity and Inclusion strategy, practices and targets within our Europe Marketing Organization. Partners with People Services to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of our HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and programs are in place and effectively utilized. Responsible to continue building People Management capabilities through current processes (eg Employee Experience, Performance Management, Wellbeing, Rewards & Recognition, Engagement, etc).

As Local Marketing Manager BeLux at Duvel Moortgat I am responsible for both 'trade' and 'consumer' marketing, with the ambition to deliver integrated business, communication and activation plans for the key brands in the portfolio. As a local marketing team, we support the sales teams (on- and off-trade), we are responsible for the BeLux Connection Plan (incl. Social Media and PR-approach) and collaborate with Business Analyst and Sales Directors to deliver the Annual Business Plans.
Als Senior Trade Marketing Manager sta ik in voor: - aansturen van het Trade Marketing Team binnen Duvel Moortgat, inhoudelijk (kanaalplannen, brand-activaties, sales-support, ...) en als people-manager van een groep gemotiveerde mensen; - we vormen de link tussen de Marketing afdeling en de verschillende (field) sales departementen; - concrete ontwikkeling en ondersteuning van de Retail-plannen (customer differentiation, off-trade brandbuilding, successfull product-launch support,... Ik streef er naar om elke dag gemotiveerd, positief en betrouwbaar te zijn. Ik heb een grote zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en ben zeer tevreden dat ik de kans krijg om anderen te helpen hun hoogste niveau te bereiken.
- I connect and convert insights into actions by linking consumer marketing with shopper insights and trends in an integrated manner and work with the bottling partner to increase penetration & incidence, and drive profitable sales with our portfolio at point of sale; - I develop the right experiences for shoppers (asset placement, value added activation, cross category activation, shopper driven category management , experiential sampling, thematic activation) to impact positively the shopping behavior and shopper journey; - I work together with the Knowledge & Insights department and Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth in different customer formats and channels linked to shopper needs and our brand portfolio.
