Leading purpose-driven partnerships and advocacy initiatives to empower people living with diabetes across EMEA. Driving cross-functional collaboration with associations, communities, and thought leaders to co-create impactful programs that improve freedom, care, and quality of life.
Created the team within the Marketing & Strategy organization, from the scratch. Including team vision, mission and strategy. Built and led partnerships with T1D associations and patient communities to embed the voice of people with diabetes in Medtronic’s strategy and solutions. Ensuring we are ONE as a company across the region, in our strategy & approach with patient associations, and digital opinion leaders, while acting local in a meaningful way. Stepping up our People with Diabetes Advisory Network program across EMEA region, fostering true co-creation and continuous insight integration.
Designed and implemented patient-centered programs to improve the experience of people with diabetes wearing our medical technology. Founded a cross-regional patient advocacy initiative ("People with Diabetes Advisory Network") to integrate patient insights into service design and strengthen Medtronic’s culture of empathy and collaboration.
Founded and led wellbeing workshops on-demand, blending mindfulness, movement, and stress-release techniques to help individuals rebalance, build self-awareness and feel empowered.
Developed and executed the NGO’s first integrated communication strategy, boosting awareness of its social programs. Led social media presence creation and managed public events to enhance community engagement and NGO's visibility.
On-Site Account Manager Nestlé España: Project Management of all Nestlé's graphic chain related to packaging. Internal communication and graphic design. Role based onsite. My role implied: *Ensured the correct printing of all packaging designs produced in Nestlé (bearing in mind technical restrictions, printer's specs, design alternatives not considered to achieve a printability design, etc). Advised and managed the reprographic and involved in the creation of new designs. *Coordinated production teams and cross-functional teams. *Organised and led pre-press meetings in order to ensure the fulfilment of expectations and requests of all the interlocutors of the process (marketing, packaging engineering, material&strategical buyers, agency, printer, and our repro house). *Supervised and ensured the accomplishment of the timing of each project. 100% client satisfaction. *Ensured the consistency across all brand range and detect when new designs implies a deviation for the brand range. Ensured colours consistency, brand consistency, cutter guide consistency, etc. *Analysed the work flow / process and implemented several process improvements. Evaluate results and take measures. *Coordinated and supervised a production team in Mauritius in order to ensure they accomplish all our client and internal directions and deliver the designs on time. Supervised also all our production teams (Barcelona, Paris and Mauritius) ensuring that all of them were aligned and had the same information.
