-Prepared and reviewed the world-wide tax provision (ASC 740) - including the reserve for uncertain tax positions, accounting for stock-based compensation, domestic manufacturing deduction, Federal and California R&D credits, and accounting for unrepatriated earnings -Prepared ETR forecasts (GAAP and Non-GAAP) -Prepared and reviewed Federal and State tax returns -Assisted with treasury functions and helped implement and maintain the stock buy-back program -Managed U.S. income tax audits
