•Establish the plan, budget, schedule and execution of processes of yearly internal communication plan and coordinate, facilitate and follow-up the employer branding activities to increase employee engagement, build morale, productivity and retention •Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees. •Plan, edit and write and publish content for a variety of internal communications channels by ensuring the consistency with external messages. •Support employer survey •Consult with line management and provide HR guidance and deliver change programmes – deliver continuous organizational and productivity improvements and suggest new HR strategies, assess and anticipate HR-related needs •Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning, build and maintain the manpower plans •Support the development, and drive the achievement of the annual strategy taking into account business priorities and the global HR strategy •Write contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with department management •Develop and nurture partnerships through HR to bridge the divide between management and employees •Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR view •Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary •Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees •Evaluate individual and organizational development needs; implement, launch and deliver various learning methods companywide accordingly •Responsible for the administration of learning management portal •Organize the trainings for Head Quarter’s, the global trainings with the cooperation with the Region •Report the actualized and planned trainings and training budget

- Analyzing the training needs of employees, agents and third party contributors according to the year-end performance evaluation results - Responsible for the administration of training portal - Determining the internal or external trainings and trainers due to training needs - Organizing the trainings for Head Quarter’s, Regional Offices’ and agents’ employees - Evaluating the evaluation results for trainings - Organizing the training room and accommodation alternatives for the external trainings and conducting the necessary purchasing processes - Responsible of the collection and revisions of the training documents and if necessary sharing them with the employees and via online learning management system - Searching for the new training programs and modules to increase the development of the employees and developing syllabus accordingly - Responsible from the administration of learning management system and searching the new development of the module - Organizing the global trainings with the cooperation with the Group - Reporting the actualized and planned trainings and training budget - Responsible from organizing the social activities like employee motivation, management meeting, promotion ceremony, corporate social responsibility and other social activities - Developing Human Resources implementation to increase employee engagement - Responsible for Employer Branding Activities - Managing the communication tools for announcements within AXA employees - Responsible from management of intranet for employees
*Responsible for managing out messages to employees served as the point of contact for conveying news to employees to keep employees engaged in company initiatives *Responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing internal communications channels as well as implementing new initiatives and tools *Responsible for preparing corporate communication materials for high profile projects such as corporate intranet site, online periodicals and videos *Perform responsibilities for managing new project proposals advanced by employees to assess effectiveness in the organization *Experience developing strong, collaborative working relationships with diverse personalities and all levels of staff *Perform other administrative tasks as required
