Yıldız Demir Çelik'te Metalurji ve malzeme mühendisliği alanında edindiğim teknik bilgi ve saha deneyimini, kalite, üretim ve müşteri süreçleriyle entegre ederek çalışıyorum. Managed end-to-end customer complaint processes, conducting on-site investigations and performing root cause analysis to implement effective corrective actions. Provided technical support during customer visits, strengthening customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align customer requirements with production and quality processes. Supported product and process improvement activities based on customer feedback and field observations. Coordinated technical problem-solving activities across relevant departments to ensure timely and effective resolutions. Contributed to compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards by supporting quality management processes.
Managed pyrometric requirements of NADCAP-accredited aluminum heat treatment furnaces in accordance with AMS 2750. Ensured understanding and application of AMS/ASTM heat treatment specifications. Conducted root cause analysis (4M, 5 Why) and initiated and followed up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensured compliance with NADCAP, AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements (Boeing, GE Aviation, Safran), and participated in related heat treatment and customer audits. Managed spectrometer analysis of casting samples and developed procedures for mechanical testing and metallography, ensuring compliance with laboratory standards. Served as a certified Honeywell Special Process Certification Authority (SCA) for heat treatment processes.
STAR (Stajyer Araştırmacı Burs Programı) - SINGLE CRYSTAL PROJECT I conducted studies on the development of nickel-based superalloy materials and production processes used in aviation. I worked on material characterization with Alloy Modeling. I made analyzes on High Temperature Tensile Test, Creep Test and LCF/HCF Fatigue tests in Thermo-mechanics Laboratory.
At the High Temperature Materials Research, Development and Repair Center of Excellence, I supported the SINGLE CRYSTAL TURBINE BLADE project, supported by the Ministry of Defense Industry, in partnership with TEI-Gur Metal.
