Based in Istanbul and Remote to USA/Hawaii State Planning and strategy development – Partner with S&P Category leaders on establishing sourcing strategies and execution plans, inclusive of supplier and bidder qualification, RFx package and document preparation, evaluation, and analysis Contract Management – Leading supplier contract negotiations through final execution, including redlining, conferring with Legal and business stakeholders. Contract types include but are not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements, Procurement Management – Ensuring purchase requisitions and POs align with contract and sourcing strategy and execution. Sourcing Project Management - Utilizing, and update S&P systems and databases to inform S&P KPIs and other functional metrics, record keeping, and work monitoring. Stakeholder Management - Interfacing with business owners, Legal counsel and suppliers as needed to achieve sourcing objectives, process efficiency, and maintain compliance within company policies and processes. Process and policy compliance – Executing all assigned work and communications in compliance with company policies, and S&P’s process framework and operational procedures. Leadership reporting – Interfacing with S&P leaders and team members on project and contract status, risks, and opportunities sourcing, contract, and other assigned work activities Supplier Management – Initiating new supplier set-up requests, serve as escalation point to assist stakeholders with supplier performance and contract compliance management
Based in Istanbul and Remote to Italy/Turin Developing and executing sourcing strategies through the use of the Stellantis Electric Car Panda sourcing process for the interior and electrical components. Identifying cost savings through negotiations, event driven activities, and alternate sourcing strategies to achieve assigned cost saving goals Leading commercial negotiations and drafting contracts Supporting category managers in managing overall supplier relationships, including supplier performance, capability development, risk mitigation, cost savings, and quality improvements If applicable, managing the team’s objective setting, performance, career growth, training, and competency development Acting as the escalation point for the source to contract (S2C) team, communicating and resolving operational issues, and escalating to the Regional Delivery Lead or Category Manager as necessary
• Defining industrial context note and performance reporting to France. • Making the product available at the right time, the right place and at the best cost. • Optimization of flows, leadtimes, production, storage between Warehouse and supplier • Supply planning based on demand, product range and capacity constraint over the resource. • Define tactical horizon on the buy decision in line with the supply plan • Manage supplier relations driven performance with delivery on time and lead-time. • Analyze the component requirement reliability and update referencing if data are not consistent. (Components lead times, safety stock, stock cover). • Manage the inventories (Stock Take) of the components stocks quarterly, justify the discrepancies and debrief with the supplier
- Develop an annual plan for commodity sourcing activities, in conjunction with other appropriate functions, which will clearly identify how total acquisition cost reductions and availability/inventory objectives will be achieved. - Monozukuri workshop leader for BIW comodity. - Implement BTS sourcing strategies, responsible for delivering material cost reduction targets, ensuring suppliers are globally competitive and enabling the business to gain competitive advantage. - Contribute to the Identification of material requirements, estimation of allowable costs per systems, provision of material reference costs, Issuance of RFQ to suppliers, selection of offer, creation of specific contractual packages, assessment of opportunities and risks in the supply.
