- Lead, coach and assist a team of 4 supply planners and 1 supply manager. - Responsible for ensuring feasibility of the EMEA production and procurement plans with a combined capacity of > xxx kT annually. - Define KPI's and think critically how current processes can be improved. - Collaborate in the IBP process to provide input on supply capacity and give context on 0 - 24 months outlook EMEA supply plans. - Initiate, execute and/or delegate improvement processes related to global supply chain activities.
- Create, own, and manage the daily, weekly and monthly production plan in SAP & OMP for the 0-24 months horizon in alignment with Integrated Business Plan to ensure on time delivery, optimised inventory levels, and balanced asset utilisation. - Communicate detailed day-to-day production schedule to all stakeholders. - Collaborate across production sites to ensure fulfilment of interplant requirements. - Collaborate and initiate communications globally with customer service, production, warehouse, procurement, product management and logistics to align on forecast and order quantities to ensure a seamless flow of supply. - Identify, communicate and escalate variance from plan, as well as anticipate potential issues, by developing "what-if" scenarios and propose optimised solutions based on variable supply/demand conditions. - Execute the business plan inventory targets. Refresh the safety stock, target stock and cycle stock calculations. - Facilitate the maintenance of accurate inventory. Coordinate and participate in monthly inventory reconciliation and annual physical inventory count and communicate results. - Review slow-moving and blocked inventory and facilitate disposition on a monthly basis. - Maintain SAP & OMP master data integrity. - Improve planning effectiveness via development and/or enhancement of planning models, processes and tools. - Support a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented environment with peers and cross-functional partners. Drive ongoing collaboration with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices, and develop systems knowledge. - Global subject matter expert on OMP operations planning software.
