It has always been organizational effectiveness: creating clarity in complex environments, aligning leadership and execution, and building organizations that can improve, adapt and steer with confidence. Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple generations of enterprise transformation — from ERP and ecommerce to cloud ecosystems, enterprise analytics, governance and AI-enabled operating models. Despite all technological change, the core challenge inside organizations has remained remarkably consistent: strategy and execution drift apart. Transformation slows down. Ownership becomes fragmented. Governance becomes heavy. Teams optimize locally instead of structurally. Initiatives multiply while alignment disappears. That is the space where I operate best. I work with leadership teams to structure transformation into something measurable, scalable and executable — connecting strategy, people, process, data and technology into one coherent operating model. Over the years, I have led and shaped international transformations across Europe and South America for organizations including Heineken International, SHV Energy, Neptune Energy, Vesting Finance, Yamaha Europe, Enexis and PageGroup. • Oversee and manage Yamaha's data warehouse and metadata frameworks at a European level. • Bridge front-end and back-end BI development, supporting both technical implementations and business-driven analytics. • Monitor, assess, and enhance data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability across reporting and analytics. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to business operations and specific domains. • Evaluate BI requests from Yamaha group users, ensuring alignment with IT policies, available solutions, and business objectives. • Design, develop, and implement new reports and analytical tools to improve operational insights. • Expand and maintain deep knowledge of Yamaha’s business processes, data applications, and analytics frameworks. • Act as the key liaison between business users, internal IT teams, external consultants, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and alignment on data initiatives.

• Reorganized and managed a 17FTE data team into a self-steering, agile high-performing unit. • Defined and executed the data vision, strategy, and roadmap, directly aligned with executive leadership and regulatory requirements. • Designed and implemented a new cloud-based analytics platform (Azure + Power BI + Purview), consolidating four on-prem DWHs into a single source of truth. • Delivered operations dashboards giving insights into collections, portfolio health, payment behaviours & recovery rates, enabling sharper steering by management & ops. • Introduced predictive analytics to anticipate debtor behaviour and repayment likelihood, supporting better client interactions and debt recovery strategies. • Standardized KPI’s and reporting structures, linking operational performance to financial outcomes. Implemented data governance and MDM frameworks, improving compliance, transparency, and trust in financial and customer data. • Acted as both Product Owner and Architect, translating business requirements into prioritized backlogs and delivering actionable BI solutions. • Championed a data-driven culture, training business teams in Power BI and embedding dashboards into daily decision- making across HR, Finance, and Collections.
