I oversaw petty cash expenses covering office needs, transportation, meals, and urgent requirements, in addition to managing invoices, expense reports, and office supplies. I acted as the main point of contact for visitors, and staff, coordinating communication across departments and supporting smooth daily operations. Furthermore, I assisted HR with contracts, attendance, and interview scheduling, supported operations with data entry and inventory, and managed renewals with external agencies and sales staff registrations.
