The major task was to offer the professional services with Oracle to user. The SLA depended on user's request, We did the services by weekly, monthly, quarterly. We also had to help other internal team with Oracle professional services for project support. The tasks are provide proper architecture, RAC installation, troubleshooting for user's system. I was charged in Project Manager for the ERP go live of group. My task was to build a first team to familiar Oracle ERP. I took care of the front end operation for the finance, distribution and manufacturing module. I also managed the Application server and Oralce DATABASE of ERP. I had to define the raw data format from MES system and import into the ERP system. The team had to have a lot of meetings with key users and if the standard module can meet user's need. The team did the customization and related SOP to make sure system can go live smoothly. Finally, we finished the financial report later successfully within eight months.
