I'm a Data Scientist with a background of statistics, operations research, math and data mining as well as good knowledge of Python, R and SQL. I'm also a Kaggle Competitions Master with a passion to solve challenging real life problems using data processing and predictive modeling algorithms. I'm currently leading the Customer Experience domain within the Data Science team at Trendyol. Our role involves driving excellence by leveraging user-generated content through cutting-edge algorithms. These algorithms encompass Review Sorting, Image Review Sorting, Q&A Sorting, and Homepage Image Reviews. Also, our primary mission is to elevate customer satisfaction through impactful projects, including Fit as Expected (Size Suggestion), Fraud Detection, Order Goodwill Score, and Customer Segmentation. Invent Analytics is a leading provider of advanced analytics solutions for retailers, which enables them to achieve maximum profitability with data-driven pricing and inventory planning. - Conducted a markdown optimization project which includes broad range of forecasting, data mining and optimization algorithms such as Random Forest, Exponential Smoothing, xgBoost and so on through R Programming Language and Microsoft Server SQL, which increase the overall forecasting accuracy dramatically. - Conducted a pre-pack optimization project which includes combinations of linear and non-linear programming algorithms through GAMS so that the customer can decide on their optimum package sizes to minimize the supply chain cost.
