As a dedicated Naval Architect and Shipbuilding Professional, my core mission is to drive operational excellence in ship production through seamless coordination, meticulous planning, and real-time monitoring of all manufacturing stages. Leveraging 7+ years of hands-on project experience across 12+ vessels, I actively implement process innovations that enhance efficiency while maintaining rigorous quality standards (ABS/DNV/ISO). My current focus is mastering full-cycle shipbuilding integration – from steel cutting to outfitting – by combining my technical education (ITU Naval Architecture) with field-tested strategies in modular construction and digital QC systems. I am committed to advancing industry standards through continuous improvement, whether by optimizing production workflows (proven 25% labor reduction) or mentoring next-generation engineers. Ultimately, I measure success by delivering vessels that exceed technical specifications, timelines, and sustainability targets – while fostering collaborative teams that push the boundaries of maritime engineering.
During the whole process I entered the company, I carried out the management of a total of 5 projects and at the same time I took an active role in the other departments of the company, namely human resources, accounting, business development and marketing, administrative affairs, and financial management units. I delivered all these projects to the customer within 2 years without any remark.
