- Demonstrating expertise in handling end-to-end processes and related tools in order to achieve business goals - Populating and procuring content for the product catalogs on the Amazon Website, - Performing root cause analysis, researching for missing information, finding the main errors and solving them in order to ensure the correct functioning of processes and to enhance team performance in terms of productivity - Creating reports regarding work received and work performed
- Supporting Amazon’s Selling Partners and solving their issues - Identifying sellers’ intent and approaching accordingly by using correct tools and appropriate procedures - Using Amazon’s Leadership Principles by focusing mainly on Customer Obsession on a daily basis - Liaising with other departments or escalating their issues when and where necessary
- Liaising with customers and project teams (providers) in order to complete projects - Providing leadership and problem-solving capabilities to customers as well as project team. - Helping and supporting the project managers as a team leader in Izmir office and making sure that all the project team following and applying best practices during project management
