Operation Spartan Shield (OSS) In my service with the Puerto Rico Army National Guard, I lead and mentor soldiers as a Platoon Sergeant, guiding their development while ensuring our aviation assets remain mission-ready. I manage daily shop operations, coordinate maintenance priorities, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and professional excellence. I also support force readiness by administering safety and physical fitness programs, in addition to strengthening aviation unit retention and engagement through my work in recruitment. During an overseas deployment to Kuwait, I supervised personnel in a fast-paced environment where readiness was non-negotiable. This experience sharpened my leadership, my resilience, and my commitment to serving others through disciplined, mission-focused teamwork.
As a Veterans Service Representative, I served those who have served, ensuring veterans received the benefits and support they earned.
