● Led and managed multiple programs and projects, including the Careers in Medicine program and the RealMD program, for 200+ medical students in accordance with the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). ● Managed full budget creation, infrastructure planning, staff coordination, event logistics, and data analysis. ● Developed and managed faculty training curriculum to support specialized program requirements. ● Prepared data reports and participated in the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) site visit for institutional accreditation. ● Completed reconciliations for department cost centers, created and submitted expense reports, conducted budget reviews, initiated requisitions, and submitted annual budget revisions. ● Facilitated residency preparation events, including workshops, mock interviews, networking events, and career development presentations.
